Edgard Senio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Uzuri in the 9th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Damario in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robustiano Rafel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aldo Damario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Mateo Oier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arroyito's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Oier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Rafel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgard Senio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Uzuri in the 27th minute of play. Mateo Oier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Robustiano Rafel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cymbaline's zone, Aldo Damario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robustiano Rafel came out of the goal and Aldo Damario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mateo Oier might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robustiano Rafel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateo Oier ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 45th minute, Cristo Bilbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidoro Uzuri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Placido Dunixi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arroyito's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Dunixi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Rafel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th minute, Placido Dunixi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damian Libertad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Edgard Senio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 66 minutes, Placido Dunixi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arroyito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Dunixi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Arroyito's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Quinito came free, but Edgard Senio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Fulgencio Quinito made a precise shot to the right of Edgard Senio. Arroyito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Aldo Damario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Rafel having to interfere. Arroyito's Aldo Damario got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silvio Eguzki might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robustiano Rafel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvio Eguzki ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Arroyito's Aldo Damario slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Robustiano Rafel. That made the score 1-2 after 90 minutes of play. The Cymbaline fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Arroyito were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
