Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Matias Erauso kicked off to start the match. Edgard Cresconio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Danel having to interfere. When Lino Gora fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LICEO FC's protests and gave Lino Gora a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th match minute, LICEO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Gora to maneuver through the defense. LICEO FC's Benigno Danel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Erauso in the 8th minute of play. Edgard Cresconio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in LICEO FC's zone, Edgard Cresconio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benigno Danel came out of the goal and Edgard Cresconio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Benigno Danel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Matias Erauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Benigno Danel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matias Erauso struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Benigno Danel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Remecó . In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Remecó 's goalkeeper Sebastian Vermudo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Remecó 's Mauro Tino got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Edgard Cresconio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Mauro Tino came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Remecó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Tino couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, LICEO FC's Lino Gora got a free kick in the 39th minute. Benigno Danel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Erauso in the 40th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matias Erauso in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benigno Danel saved LICEO FC from getting behind. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vladimiro Asur made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isaias Berdoi during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edgard Cresconio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benigno Danel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Cresconio in the 66th minute of play forced LICEO FC's goalkeeper Benigno Danel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 67th minute of the match Lino Gora completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lino Gora a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to LICEO FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Lino Gora hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes Remecó got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Cresconio. Sebastian Vermudo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baldomero Guifre in the 74th minute. The long shot by Isidro Cordaryal in the 76th minute really tested Sebastian Vermudo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Matias Erauso put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benigno Danel. Matias Erauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
