Americo Gelacio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dario Lordi's late challenge caught a LICEO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dario Lordi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, Dario Lordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Vladimiro Asur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isaias Eyague during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Isaias Eyague hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. LICEO FC's Isaias Eyague got his second yellow card of the match in the 33rd minute. The referee ordered Isaias Eyague off the ground. A collision led to LICEO FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Isaias Eyague hit a great ball. Erubiel Brion, 35 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 37 minutes into the match, LICEO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Belo came free, but Benigno Danel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Raimundo Belo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Danel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute Baldomero Guifre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Gelacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

LICEO FC's Baldomero Guifre got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Belo in the 57th minute of play forced LICEO FC's goalkeeper Benigno Danel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 played minutes LICEO FC got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Asur. Circulo de Brujas were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after LICEO FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erubiel Brion took the corner. Honorio Herrera was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Baldomero Guifre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Belo in the 68th minute of play forced LICEO FC's goalkeeper Benigno Danel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Eneas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Benigno Danel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Belo in the 72nd minute of play forced LICEO FC's goalkeeper Benigno Danel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Eneas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raimundo Belo might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benigno Danel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raimundo Belo ran back to his position shaking his head. LICEO FC's Benigno Danel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Eneas in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Circulo de Brujas's goalkeeper Americo Gelacio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomero Guifre. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Circulo de Brujas's goalkeeper Americo Gelacio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benigno Danel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Belo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patricio Eneas scored 1-1 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benigno Danel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
