Cosme Astigar might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergio Lope. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cosme Astigar ran back to his position shaking his head. Los Cuervos F.C's Donato Stephen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Thomas in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute Navia were awarded a corner. Fabio Cuartio went to the cornerflag to take it. Navia's Fabio Cuartio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Donato Stephen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Carolo Francesco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Lope read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The Navia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
