Spectators: 7223 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hipolito Frederik got the match started through his kick off. Teodosio Jerico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute of the match Camilo Enmanuel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orlando Llanos skillfully saved the ball. When Christian Ikatz came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Union fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Ikatz couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Union booed when Los Mismos de Siempre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Weterio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Los Mismos de Siempre's Benedicto Roldan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Frederik in the 24th minute of play. Hipolito Frederik's late challenge caught a Los Mismos de Siempre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hipolito Frederik helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Union getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Hipolito Frederik hit a great ball. In the 31st match minute, Los Mismos de Siempre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Lano to maneuver through the defense. Christian Ikatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Roldan having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Christian Ikatz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Ikatz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Roldan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oscar Florinio to make the kick off. If Christian Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Martxel took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Llanos. Orlando Llanos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 65th minute, Camilo Enmanuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hipolito Frederik might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedicto Roldan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hipolito Frederik ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Christian Ikatz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Ikatz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Roldan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benedicto Roldan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 83rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Laureano Gudesteo. Camilo Enmanuel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Llanos having to interfere. Teodosio Jerico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benedicto Roldan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Frederik in the 95th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Los Mismos de Siempre had won after a very even match.
