When Carolo Montxo came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Cachueta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carolo Montxo couldn't finish the play. The Cachueta fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Cachueta's Gavino Gorbea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ruperto Jax hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Hugo Tulio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fassi's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Tulio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Generoso Domenec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cachueta's Generoso Domenec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Nayely in the 27th minute of play. Gavino Gorbea struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Prudencio Prejun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachueta. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Gorbea in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prudencio Prejun saved Fassi from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Carolo Montxo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Osvaldo Manex took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Generoso Domenec. Cachueta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Silverio Giro kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Prudencio Prejun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Gorbea, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Cachueta's Ruperto Jax got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruperto Jax's late challenge caught a Fassi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruperto Jax helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Cachueta got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Jax. In the 67th minute Carolo Montxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Prejun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ruperto Jax came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Cachueta fans jumped to their feet.
