The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edelmiro Iztal in the 4thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emanuel Belmiro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rolando Bixintxo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Silvestre Mincho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Paul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Arequito FC booed when Tomorrowland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Bizi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edelmiro Iztals short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Emanuel Belmiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rolando Bixintxo charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rolando Bixintxo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Tomorrowland. Artemio Eufemio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emanuel Belmiro. 1-0. Silvestre Mincho's late challenge caught a Tomorrowland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvestre Mincho helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tomorrowland booed when Arequito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Mincho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 minutes of play, Tomorrowland's Iker Rafel made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuel Belmiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 24 minutes, Diego Dalmau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tomorrowland and the Arequito FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute of the match Rolando Bixintxo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osvaldo Paul showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emanuel Belmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Iztal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arequito FC's goalkeeper Emanuel Belmiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 30 played minutes Arequito FC got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Txilar. Iker Rafel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Emanuel Belmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Iztal in the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Tomorrowland booed when Arequito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Tano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, Edelmiro Iztal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edelmiro Iztal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Belmiro having to interfere. In the 47th minute Edelmiro Iztal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Belmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edelmiro Iztal to strike the kick off in the second half. Arequito FC's Emanuel Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Rafel in the 55th minute of play. Emanuel Belmiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edelmiro Iztal's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After 57 minutes, Everardo Tano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arequito FC and the Tomorrowland players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Arequito FC's Everardo Tano got a free kick in the 57th minute. When Esteban Bizi came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Tomorrowland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteban Bizi couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Arequito FC's Hipolito Gonsalve got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edelmiro Iztal in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emanuel Belmiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the match, Arequito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Iztal came free, but Emanuel Belmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iker Rafel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Emanuel Belmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Edelmiro Iztal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tomorrowland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edelmiro Iztal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Tomorrowland booed when Arequito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Tano didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Edelmiro Iztal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Arequito FC's Virgilio Herena slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Osvaldo Paul. That made the score 2-1 after 89 minutes of play. In the 92nd minute, Diego Dalmau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Tomorrowland's zone, Virgilio Herena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Paul came out of the goal and Virgilio Herena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tomorrowland had played much better football throughout.
