When Luis Garikoitz fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Bandaaa's protests and gave Luis Garikoitz a yellow card for diving instead. 22 minutes into the game, one of La Bandaaa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Osvaldo Manex placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The supporters of La Bandaaa booed when Fassi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Danel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cristo Chico came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the La Bandaaa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristo Chico couldn't finish the play. In the 43rdth minute of the game Faustino Nayely who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Bandaaa's Severino Lizer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Prudencio Prejun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Chico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Fassi's Prudencio Prejun got control of the ball when Faustino Chucho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 50th minute La Bandaaa were awarded a corner. Jeremias Maurino went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on La Bandaaa's corner Jeremias Maurino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Prudencio Prejun quite easily take care of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Cristo Chico made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Faustino Chucho in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prudencio Prejun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee felt a red card was in order, 60 minutes into the game, when Osvaldo Manex put in a rough tackle. In the 60th minute, one of Fassi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fassi. The referee gave La Bandaaa a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jeremias Maurino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Fassi's Prudencio Prejun. 1-0. 65 minutes into the game, La Bandaaa's Faustino Chucho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prudencio Prejun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Prudencio Prejun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Chucho in the 69th minute of the match.
