In the 22ndth minute of the game Faustino Chucho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tortugas FC's Vinicio Jacindo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lino Ioritz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Lizer having to interfere. Severino Lizer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Ioritz in the 37th minute of play. Faustino Chucho struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Vinicio Jacindo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Bandaaa. Cristo Chico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Vinicio Jacindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Ioritz in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severino Lizer saved La Bandaaa from getting behind.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lino Ioritz made a kick off. Severino Lizer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Ioritz in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Lino Ioritz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Lizer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Bandaaa's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
