After a rather tough play, Accauntants's Miguel Madeo got a free kick in the 5th minute. Venado Tuerto FL's Jacinto Arnau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Venado Tuerto FL from getting a goal against them. Eusebio Bortzaioriz charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eusebio Bortzaioriz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Venado Tuerto FL getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Eusebio Bortzaioriz hit a great ball. After 9 played minutes Tadeo Gombal shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Venado Tuerto FL's Jacinto Arnau to catch but Tadeo Gombal was lucky. It became 1-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Ignacio Txartiko took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Tiniebra. Alfredo Tiniebra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ignacio Txartiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Ignacio Txartiko made a precise shot to the right of Alfredo Tiniebra. Accauntants's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When Fulgencio Conrao came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Venado Tuerto FL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulgencio Conrao couldn't finish the play. Eusebio Bortzaioriz was shown his second yellow card after 29 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Eusebio Bortzaioriz kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Accauntants's Geronimo Martino was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 36 minutes into the game, Fulgencio Conrao was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venado Tuerto FL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Accauntants the free kick. With his leg Jacinto Arnau managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Accauntants's Amadeo Sanchez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geronimo Martino to strike the kick off in the second half. Amadeo Sanchez might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacinto Arnau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeo Sanchez ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Amadeo Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Accauntants's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Sanchez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Arnau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Venado Tuerto FL's zone, Amadeo Sanchez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Arnau came out of the goal and Amadeo Sanchez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fulgencio Conrao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Sanchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Arnau having to interfere. Jacinto Arnau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Martino in the 75th minute of the match. Jacinto Arnau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Sanchez in the 79th minute of play. Geronimo Martino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jacinto Arnau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geronimo Martino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Arnau having to interfere. Jacinto Arnau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Martino in the 95th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
