DEZAR FC's Herluf Akland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Mannuel in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of DEZAR FC booed when Otumpa AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Kusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Otumpa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Jerano came free, but Rosendo Dolfos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Toli in the 23rd minute of play forced Otumpa AFC's goalkeeper Rosendo Dolfos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Owen Lincoln kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Otumpa AFC's zone, Efrain Jerano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Dolfos came out of the goal and Efrain Jerano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 52 played minutes Otumpa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Hibai. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornelio Abecia got free with Rosendo Dolfos in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Efrain Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Otumpa AFC's Bartolo Palben got a free kick in the 69th minute. Jonathan Txaran struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Herluf Akland didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Otumpa AFC. DEZAR FC:s Herluf Akland showed great skill when he stopped Aquiles Primo:s penalty. After 79 played minutes Otumpa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Kusko. Efrain Jerano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rosendo Dolfos having to make a save. Efrain Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A hard shot 91 in the game by Cornelio Abecia from a close distance when the talented Rosendo Dolfos managed to make a qualified save. Otumpa AFC's players were relieved. In the 94th minute, Americo Mannuel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute, Rogelio Marin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Despite being the better team, DEZAR FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
