After 5 played minutes Falckner got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Gonsalve. 8 minutes into the match, Falckner's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Osasun came free, but Severo Matei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Yutuyaco booed when Falckner was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Sanduru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Eguen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dênis Leme in the 14th minute of the match. Fulgencio Balesio hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. The supporters of Falckner booed when Yutuyaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Osasun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Falckner's Tobias Iigo got a free kick in the 21st minute. Manuel Eguen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulysses de Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Ulysses de Andrade scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Eguen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Quirce in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Eguen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fulgencio Balesio kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Sebastian Sanduru kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Tobias Iigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falckner's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Iigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Eguen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eliseo Astudillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Falckner's Tomás Quirce in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yutuyaco's goalie prevented a goal. 37 minutes into the match, Falckner's Eliseo Astudillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Eguen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Isaias Gonsalve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Manuel Eguen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Quirce struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Manuel Eguen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falckner. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Turo Brilhante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falckner's supporters rose to their feet, but Turo Brilhante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Eguen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, Yutuyaco's goal looked a bit too open when Dênis Leme came free, but Manuel Eguen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Yutuyaco players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Falckner were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Severo Ekain made the kick off in the second half. Falckner's Ulysses de Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute Tomás Quirce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Eguen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Dênis Leme came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Falckner fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dênis Leme couldn't finish the play. After having played for 61 minutes, Turo Brilhante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falckner's supporters crossed their fingers, but Turo Brilhante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Yutuyaco's goalkeeper Manuel Eguen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eliseo Astudillo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Manuel Eguen came out and tried to block the shot, but Eliseo Astudillo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 65th minute. Tomás Quirce did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Manuel Eguen 69 minutes into the match. From close distance Tomás Quirce pressed in the 0-4 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 75 minutes into the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Quirce in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Eguen saved Yutuyaco from getting behind. After 80 played minutes Yutuyaco got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Osasun. The audience was convinced that Tomás Quirce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manuel Eguen was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. The supporters of Falckner booed when Yutuyaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Balesio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute of the match Tobias Iigo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Eguen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Turo Brilhante might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manuel Eguen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turo Brilhante ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Yutuyaco's zone, Tomás Quirce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Eguen came out of the goal and Tomás Quirce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 played minutes Yutuyaco got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Balesio. If Tomás Quirce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Eliseo Astudillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Tomás Quirce sped through Yutuyaco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Manuel Eguen. Falckner's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
