The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomás Quirce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dênis Leme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Gilberto Bihar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7thth minute of the game Tomás Quirce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vampires Soccer Club's Gilberto Bihar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gilberto Bihar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomás Quirce in the 9th minute. Celestino Valiente hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Ulysses de Andrade was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ignacio Ourente during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gilberto Bihar stood somewhat misplaced when Tomás Quirce came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 15 minute. Luisito Baumar charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luisito Baumar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Vampires Soccer Club getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Luisito Baumar hit a great ball. Gilberto Bihar was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Tomás Quirce capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomás Quirce really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After having played for 28 minutes, Tomás Quirce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falckner's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Quirce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomás Quirce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gilberto Bihar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vampires Soccer Club's Luisito Baumar got his second yellow card of the match in the 39th minute. The referee ordered Luisito Baumar off the ground. The supporters of Falckner booed when Vampires Soccer Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Baumar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Vampires Soccer Club defense, Tomás Quirce kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilberto Bihar. The Vampires Soccer Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilberto Bihar should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomás Quirce made the kick off in the second half. Dênis Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilberto Bihar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turo Brilhante, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The supporters of Falckner booed when Vampires Soccer Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Quiroga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Falckner's Tomás Quirce got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Quirce in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilberto Bihar saved Vampires Soccer Club from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Turo Brilhante notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Vampires Soccer Club's Gilberto Bihar. Gilberto Bihar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Tomás Quirce sped through Vampires Soccer Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gilberto Bihar. Vampires Soccer Club's Gilberto Bihar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dênis Leme in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Isaac Quiroga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Severo Matei, 6-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Quirce in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilberto Bihar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 79th minute of the match Eliseo Astudillo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilberto Bihar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Falckner's Tomás Quirce in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vampires Soccer Club's goalie prevented a goal. Gilberto Bihar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Iigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Sanduru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Bihar having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Tomás Quirce left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Falckner fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. 92 minutes into the match, Vampires Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Quirce came free, but Gilberto Bihar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Quirce scored 8-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Bihar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Falckner's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
