El Patron's Martin Gartzen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Oliverios in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, El Patron's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marciano Oliverios fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 36 minutes into the match, Deportivo Leña y Leña's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Lopez came free, but Maximino Salomon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo Leña y Leña's Maximino Salomon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Tirso in the 38th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marciano Oliverios to make the kick off. After 64 played minutes El Patron got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Urtsua. El Patron's Victor Sanduru shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 66th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Maximino Salomon but with some difficulty. Rogelio Tirso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Salomon having to interfere. Amador Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rogelio Tirso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, El Patron's Moises Hodei ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximino Salomon. Maximino Salomon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Rogelio Tirso managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 85thth minute of the game Amador Lopez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Leña y Leña's Maximino Salomon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximino Salomon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogelio Tirso in the 87th minute. Rogelio Tirso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danilo Tabby charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Tabby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 91 played minutes Deportivo Leña y Leña got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Tabby. When the match was over El Patron could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Deportivo Leña y Leña throughout the match.
