Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) Metán FC's Luisito Behe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Luisito Behe came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Metán FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisito Behe couldn't finish the play. Damaso Figueroa made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Adolfo Fertus sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Candido Donzel during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Candido Donzel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Adolfo Fertus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Figueroa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Peru in the 14th minute of the match. Luisito Perico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Behe, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Baldomiro Peru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damaso Figueroa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Adolfo Fertus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Metán FC defense, Adolfo Fertus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damaso Figueroa. The Metán FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damaso Figueroa should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Baldomiro Peru made the kick off in the second half. Damaso Figueroa came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Aguaray's Adolfo Fertus. But to his dismay, Adolfo Fertus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Luisito Perico came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Metán FC's Luisito Behe. But to his dismay, Luisito Behe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The supporters of Aguaray booed when Metán FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Rocio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Adolfo Fertus came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Aguaray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Fertus couldn't finish the play. Ignacio Rocio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luisito Perico having to make a save. In the 77th minute, Baldomiro Peru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Aguaray getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Marcelino Silvanito hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Donzel in the 80th minute of play forced Aguaray's goalkeeper Luisito Perico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Luisito Behe came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Metán FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisito Behe couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Aguaray's Wilfredo Evis got a free kick in the 84th minute. After having played for 87 minutes, Candido Donzel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Metán FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Candido Donzel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute, Marcelino Silvanito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisito Behe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Luisito Perico made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Aguaray fans cheered their team off the field, for while Metán FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
