Fabian Gaskon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ambrosio Pello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Gaskon might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ambrosio Pello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Gaskon ran back to his position shaking his head. Ambrosio Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Orlondon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Conrado Clodio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Real Madrid's Ambrosio Pello. Ambrosio Pello was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nortcuys's Adrian Fortun got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Fabian Gaskon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ambrosio Pello. Real Madrid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Gaskon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 41st minute, Fabian Gaskon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nortcuys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 44 minutes into the game, Nortcuys's Fabian Gaskon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ambrosio Pello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejo Asier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ambrosio Pello made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Octavio Orlondon sent off a good shot on target. After 76 minutes, Eustaquio Fortun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Madrid and the Nortcuys players grew even worse after the yellow card. Prudencio Mitxaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Ihintza in the 94th minute of play. Cristo Manex's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prudencio Mitxaut read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
