Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Remigio Normando kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Correntoso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Haritz came free, but Maximino Ellande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximino Ellande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian van der Struijk in the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Garin in the 7th minute of play forced Languiñeo's goalkeeper Baldomiro Guilabertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Baldomiro Guilabertus managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Correntoso FC's Elpidio Libertad fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Salvador Orlondo took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximino Ellande. Maximino Ellande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Laureano Hitz hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Marcelo Tulio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Languiñeo's Kamer Tanyolaç nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximino Ellande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Languiñeo's Baldomiro Guilabertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Normando in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelo Tulio was the one to do the kick off. Correntoso FC's Remigio Normando got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcelo Tulio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the game, Ariel Sesuldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Languiñeo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Correntoso FC the free kick. After 77 played minutes Languiñeo got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Sesuldo. Maximino Ellande made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Marcelo Tulio sent off a good shot on target. Marcelo Tulio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Maximino Ellande made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Marcelo Tulio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Languiñeo's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Tulio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximino Ellande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelo Tulio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingo Haritz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Ellande having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Languiñeo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Correntoso FC.
