But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Neron couldn't finish the play. The Raven Dark FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sportivo Cinzano were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arturo Bernebe was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Clodoveo Celipe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Johnny Gräf showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cristo Ado made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Bonifacio Reynardo sent off a good shot on target. When Placido Celino fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Raven Dark FC's protests and gave Placido Celino a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Raven Dark FC's Placido Celino got a free kick in the 69th minute. Natxo Urquijo's late challenge caught a Raven Dark FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natxo Urquijo helped the player get up and apologised. Natxo Urquijo kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Martin Lastur was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 99th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The Raven Dark FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sportivo Cinzano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
