Ramon Eudoxio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Felipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. With an all-out effort, Jobson's Ramon Eudoxio threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Melquiades Felipo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Raimundo Ruisko's late challenge caught a Jobson's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raimundo Ruisko helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Alpatacal getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Raimundo Ruisko hit a great ball. Ramon Eudoxio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Felipo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jeremias Odilon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jobson's Generoso Guillelmus got his second yellow card of the match in the 26th minute. The referee ordered Generoso Guillelmus off the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Silviano in the 32nd minute of play forced Jobson's goalkeeper Mariano Firmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Jobson's Maximino Roland ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ramon Eudoxio. Ramon Eudoxio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. With a little luck, Alpatacal's Ramon Eudoxio got control of the ball when Maximino Roland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adolfo Miro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ramon Eudoxio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maximino Roland to strike the kick off in the second half. Natalio Silviano might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Firmin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Natalio Silviano ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Jeremias Odilon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Maximino Roland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Eudoxio having to interfere. Mariano Firmin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremias Odilon in the 70th minute. When Maximino Roland fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jobson's protests and gave Maximino Roland a yellow card for diving instead. Maximino Roland hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Mariano Firmin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremias Odilon in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Alpatacal's zone, Maximino Roland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon Eudoxio came out of the goal and Maximino Roland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Maximino Roland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramon Eudoxio was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Mariano Firmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Silviano in the 89th minute of the match. Melquiades Felipo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Alpatacal's Mariano Firmin threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Natalio Silviano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 91st play minute Natalio Silviano came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mariano Firmin. 1-2. Jeremias Odilon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Mariano Firmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Alpatacal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Alpatacal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
