The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benicio Donzel in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Frascuelo saved Satanes from getting behind. Mario Frascuelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Firmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 minutes, Clodoveo Telmo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viamonte FC and the Satanes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Viamonte FC's Clodoveo Telmo got a free kick in the 13th minute. Satanes's Bartolo Roderigo got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Lobo in the 18th minute of play forced Viamonte FC's goalkeeper Emilio Garoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartolo Roderigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Garoa having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Bartolo Roderigo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emilio Garoa, 1-0. In the 28th match minute, Viamonte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Domingues to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Firmo in the 32nd minute of play forced Satanes's goalkeeper Mario Frascuelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 43rd minute, when Satanes's Octavio Pasqual after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Emilio Garoa in Viamonte FC's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. The audience was convinced that Romeo Panpili's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Garoa was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Israel Firmo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Daniel Laurin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emilio Garoa skillfully saved the ball. The Satanes fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Satanes's Bartolo Roderigo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Roderigo in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Garoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute, Viamonte FC's Israel Firmo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Emilio Garoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Roderigo in the 72nd minute of play. Romeo Panpili struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Emilio Garoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Satanes. If Israel Firmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristobal Ovando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Mario Frascuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute Bartolo Roderigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Garoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bartolo Roderigo scored 3-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilio Garoa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emilio Garoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Roderigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Satanes's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
