After a rather tough play, Barrial AFC's Constantino Cristos got a free kick in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Viamonte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Pio came free, but Emilio Garoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, Barrial AFC's Cipriano Pero made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emilio Garoa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isaias Berriotxoa hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Constantino Cristos hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Cristobal Ovandos short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Maximo Min to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 38th minute Augusto Pio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Garoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Viamonte FC's Osvaldo Pinto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Israel Firmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Israel Firmo's late challenge caught a Barrial AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Israel Firmo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Viamonte FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Israel Firmo hit a great ball. Israel Firmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emilio Garoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Constantino Cristos's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Hipolito Matei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Emilio Garoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Braulio Figueroa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cipriano Pero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Emilio Garoa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cristobal Ovando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Augusto Pio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emilio Garoa. Augusto Pio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Cipriano Peros short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Emilio Garoa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
