Spectators: 7267 (Terracing: 5452, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) Eulalio Cuartio made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Almafuerte FC booed when Sportivo Mirasol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Sandaili didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, Sportivo Mirasol's Eulalio Cuartio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jimeno Aznaro. Jimeno Aznaro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jimeno Aznaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Bikendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute, Flavio Montel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hilario Moise was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 17th minute, Filiberto Illan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eulalio Cuartio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honorato Dayam's late challenge caught a Almafuerte FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorato Dayam helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th minute, Honorato Dayam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute of the match Timoteo Baladi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hilario Moise skillfully saved the ball. Flavio Montel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Moise having to interfere. When Flavio Montel came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Almafuerte FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Montel couldn't finish the play. Sportivo Mirasol's Eulalio Cuartio got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Almafuerte FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Everardo Oso made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Bikendi in the 51st minute of play forced Almafuerte FC's goalkeeper Jimeno Aznaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everardo Oso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Hilario Moise tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sportivo Mirasol's Honorato Dayam got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Honorato Dayam off the ground. A collision led to Sportivo Mirasol getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Honorato Dayam hit a great ball. Flavio Montel took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hilario Moise. Hilario Moise dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Sportivo Mirasol's Hilario Moise played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Oso in the 68th minute of play. Hilario Moise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Oso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Almafuerte FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Filiberto Illan hit a great ball. Jimeno Aznaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Erasto in the 74th minute of play. Sportivo Mirasol's Bruno Bikendi got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hilario Moise showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Oso in the 79th minute of the match. Flavio Montel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Moise having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Cuartio in the 87th minute of play forced Almafuerte FC's goalkeeper Jimeno Aznaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everardo Oso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eulalio Cuartio took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimeno Aznaro. Jimeno Aznaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Almafuerte FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
