Ricardo Honrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Lobo in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Omar Lobo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pampero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, VERΛ's Santos Eyague got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Omar Lobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Honrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Janpier, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Santos Eyague kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Robustiano Janpier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Honrio having to interfere. In the 26th minute Robustiano Janpier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Honrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Lobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ricardo Honrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaac Belasko charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rosendo Vito ran back to his position shaking his head. Omar Lobo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Honrio having to interfere. Rodrigo Harriet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to VERΛ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Eleuterio Rami hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Epifanio Harri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pampero's supporters rose to their feet, but Epifanio Harri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Honrio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. VERΛ's Teobaldo Hegoi was substituted for Rodrigo Harriet. VERΛ's Benedicto Espiridion was substituted for Rosendo Vito. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Lobo made a kick off. VERΛ's Ricardo Honrio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save VERΛ from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Oxarra in the 57th minute of play forced VERΛ's goalkeeper Ricardo Honrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teobaldo Hegoi in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Tabby saved Pampero from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Dalmacio Oxarra dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ricardo Honrio, 0-2. After 63 played minutes Pampero got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Pasqual. In the 66th minute Omar Lobo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Honrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Txomin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Camilo Tabby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teobaldo Hegoi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Tabby having to make a save. Danilo Garikoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Tabby having to interfere. After 76 minutes of play, VERΛ's Teobaldo Hegoi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Tabby was left in no man's land by his defense there! Camilo Tabby stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teobaldo Hegoi's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the match, VERΛ's goalkeeper Ricardo Honrio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robustiano Janpier. Ricardo Honrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Lobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Pampero's Omar Lobo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. After 88 played minutes Pampero got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Pasqual. Pampero's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
