Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) RENOS FC's Celestino Telesforo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Delmiro Sotero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristian Patrido. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Robustiano Veremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Teodoro Buinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delmiro Sotero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Cristian Patrido made a huge save. The supporters of Mansilla booed when RENOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Telesforo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14thth minute of the game Celestino Telesforo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mansilla's Cristian Patrido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gerardo Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Teodoro Buinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robustiano Veremundo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodoro Buinton having to make a save. Robustiano Veremundo might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodoro Buinton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robustiano Veremundo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 27th minute, Tomas Charro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Robustiano Veremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mansilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Robustiano Veremundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Buinton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robustiano Veremundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Patrido made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmiro Sotero in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the game, Mansilla's Robustiano Veremundo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodoro Buinton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 43 minutes into the match, Celestino Telesforo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristian Patrido, 2-1. 45 minutes into the game, Isaias Cutberto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mansilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RENOS FC the free kick. After 45 played minutes Mansilla got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Cutberto. Teodoro Buinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Fonso in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Robustiano Veremundo made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Mansilla got a corner. RENOS FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Basilio Senin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Basilio Senin made a great header on Mansilla's corner, it was just that RENOS FC's Teodoro Buinton managed to reach the ball for a save. 56 minutes into the match, Mansilla's goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Sotero came free, but Cristian Patrido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Delmiro Sotero made a precise shot to the right of Cristian Patrido. Mansilla's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. In the 58thth minute of the game Robustiano Veremundo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RENOS FC's Teodoro Buinton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristian Patrido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmiro Sotero went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Gerardo Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alfonso Poz fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RENOS FC's protests and gave Alfonso Poz a yellow card for diving instead. After 71 played minutes RENOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Poz. When Gerardo Vidal came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Mansilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Vidal couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in RENOS FC's zone, Robustiano Veremundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Buinton came out of the goal and Robustiano Veremundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robustiano Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Buinton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerardo Vidal in the 78th minute. Mansilla's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Basilio Senin in the 79th minute. Basilio Senin made a great header on Mansilla's corner, it was just that RENOS FC's Teodoro Buinton managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerardo Vidal got free with Teodoro Buinton in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teodoro Buinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Veremundo in the 90th minute of the match. Mansilla's Cristian Patrido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Telesforo in the 91st minute of play. Robustiano Veremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Teodoro Buinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When RENOS FC's Celestino Telesforo in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mansilla's goalie prevented a goal. RENOS FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
