The Artemio Barros was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Artemio Barros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Mambru in the 21st minute. Froilan Sarracino scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agustin Quexal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zeledon Mambru kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Banachsoft FC's zone, Froilan Sarracino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustin Quexal came out of the goal and Froilan Sarracino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Froilan Sarracino scored 0-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agustin Quexal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gran Torino's Artemio Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Mambru in the 36th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Banachsoft FC's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Sarracino came free, but Agustin Quexal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Mambru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Artemio Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Banachsoft FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gran Torino were winning 0-2.

Eulalio Mon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Artemio Barros. Gran Torino's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Froilan Sarracino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Agustin Quexal made a huge save. Enzo Marz kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Froilan Sarracino ran back to his position shaking his head. Froilan Sarracino charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Froilan Sarracino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zeledon Mambru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Barros having to interfere.
