After a defensive mix-up in 위아래's zone, Erasmo Venerando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Sedeni came out of the goal and Erasmo Venerando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Everardo Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Policarpio in the 6th minute of play. After 7 minutes Yariguarenda FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ermegildo Pelagius who took care of the corner kick. 위아래's Ermegildo Pelagius was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Everardo Santos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Niceto Policarpio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Niceto Policarpio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Everardo Santos was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Yariguarenda FC defense, Niceto Policarpio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Everardo Santos. Yariguarenda FC's Everardo Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Chorache in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Yariguarenda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Policarpio came free, but Everardo Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Niceto Policarpio made a precise shot to the right of Everardo Santos. Yariguarenda FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Ermegildo Pelagius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Everardo Santos made a huge save. Niceto Policarpio might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Everardo Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niceto Policarpio ran back to his position shaking his head. When Bernabe Manni came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Yariguarenda FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernabe Manni couldn't finish the play. Natalio Senon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 minutes, Artemio Chorache mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 위아래 and the Yariguarenda FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, 위아래's Artemio Chorache got a free kick in the 36th minute. After having played for 37 minutes, Natalio Senon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yariguarenda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Senon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 minutes of play, 위아래's Niceto Policarpio made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Everardo Santos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Everardo Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Niceto Policarpio came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the 위아래 fans jumped to their feet. The Yariguarenda FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Everardo Santos should have stopped the shot. After 82 played minutes 위아래 got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Bastiaro. Alberto Eutor kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Yariguarenda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Policarpio came free, but Everardo Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everardo Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niceto Policarpio's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After 91 minutes of play, 위아래's Niceto Policarpio made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Everardo Santos was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. 위아래 had played much better football throughout.
