Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Donato Txomin kicked off to start the match. Alvaro Perrando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Hibai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Salomon in the 5th minute of play forced Córdoba City FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Perrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Galindo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Danilo Telo made a huge save. Córdoba City FC's Alvaro Perrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Odon in the 7th minute of play. Alejandro Lugo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Mario Hitz kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Asamblea's zone, Augusto Galindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Telo came out of the goal and Augusto Galindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the match, Córdoba City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Hibai came free, but Alvaro Perrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genaro Salomon took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Perrando. Alvaro Perrando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 20 minutes of play, Asamblea's Genaro Salomon made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Perrando was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the match, Tommy Clegg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvaro Perrando. Córdoba City FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tommy Clegg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Donato Txomin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Danilo Telo came out and tried to block the shot, but Donato Txomin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 26th minute. Alvaro Perrando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Hibai in the 34th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Córdoba City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Hibai came free, but Alvaro Perrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Feliberto Hibai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Perrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Asamblea's Tommy Clegg got a free kick in the 37th minute. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Genaro Salomon was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Córdoba City FC defense, Genaro Salomon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvaro Perrando. The Córdoba City FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvaro Perrando should have stopped the shot. Córdoba City FC's Donato Txomin got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Genaro Salomon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alvaro Perrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Asamblea's zone, Celestino Modestio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Telo came out of the goal and Celestino Modestio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 61 minutes of play, Asamblea's Feliberto Hibai made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Perrando was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Asamblea getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Mario Hitz hit a great ball. If Donato Txomin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danilo Telo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Txomin, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. A collision led to Asamblea getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Tommy Clegg hit a great ball. Augusto Galindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Telo having to interfere. Feliberto Hibai who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Alvaro Perrando when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alvaro Perrando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Salomon, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Jonathan Matxin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliberto Hibai got free with Alvaro Perrando in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the match, Córdoba City FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Perrando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feliberto Hibai. 84 minutes into the match, Genaro Salomon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alvaro Perrando, 2-6. After 89 minutes of play, Asamblea's Mario Odon made it 2-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Perrando was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celestino Modestio charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celestino Modestio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Córdoba City FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Celestino Modestio hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Asamblea had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
