Filomeno Nabar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivo Doykov having to interfere. When Quelly's Clodoveo Mon in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Medrano AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Filomeno Nabar took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivo Doykov. Ivo Doykov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Clodoveo Mon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pascual Palben charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pascual Palben the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes Quelly got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Palben. Jimeno Ferdinand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Beila in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Angelo Fiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Quelly's Clodoveo Mon got a free kick in the 21st minute. Odol Spöerer's late challenge caught a Quelly's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Odol Spöerer helped the player get up and apologised. Odol Spöerer kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Quelly's Jimeno Ferdinand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odol Spöerer in the 27th minute of play. Ivo Doykov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Mon in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odol Spöerer in the 39th minute of play forced Quelly's goalkeeper Jimeno Ferdinand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Quelly were awarded a corner. Marcelino Leguizamón went to the cornerflag to take it. 45 minutes into the match, Medrano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Mon came free, but Ivo Doykov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Medrano AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcelino Leguizamón was slow to take the kick. During this time Quelly's players had a chance to rest. Samuel Tono tried in the 49th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Ivo Doykov a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Odol Spöerer to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Medrano AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Tono to maneuver through the defense. Darian Smarting received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jimeno Ferdinand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eriberto Playo scored 2-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimeno Ferdinand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Medrano AFC's Pekin Orcun was substituted for Mariano Beila. In the 69th minute of the match, Pekin Orcun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jimeno Ferdinand saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ivo Doykov came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Quelly's Clodoveo Mon. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Mon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Jimeno Ferdinand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pekin Orcun in the 80th minute of play. If Odol Spöerer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute.
