Spectators: 7402 (Terracing: 5552, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 148) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eliseo Victoro got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Victoro in the 4th minute of play forced Laferrere FC's goalkeeper Cleto Orlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute, Gonzalo Berto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Victoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Cleto Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Dubardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eliseo Victoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Orlin having to interfere. Erubiel Dubardo struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Cleto Orlin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azzurro. Azzurro's Eliseo Victoro got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With 23 minutes on the clock, Herminio Faro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Fulgencio Edwardo charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fulgencio Edwardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Laferrere FC booed when Azzurro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Nisio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eriberto Venceslas was the one to do the kick off. Cleto Orlin came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Azzurro's Erubiel Dubardo. But to his dismay, Erubiel Dubardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 60th minute Erubiel Dubardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Orlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleto Orlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Dubardo in the 61st minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Ovidio Eguntsenti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laferrere FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azzurro the free kick. Ovidio Eguntsenti hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Azzurro made a substitution. Ciro Leguizamón replaced Tadeo Papo. After 66 played minutes Laferrere FC got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Eguntsenti. Gonzalo Berto made in the 68th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lucas Chico immediately put the ball in play. Marcial Olando hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Flor in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cleto Orlin saved Laferrere FC from getting behind. 72 minutes into the match, Cecilio Flor notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Laferrere FC's Cleto Orlin. Cleto Orlin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erubiel Dubardo struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Cleto Orlin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azzurro. Cleto Orlin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Chaime's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Cleto Orlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Chaime in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th match minute, Laferrere FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Chico to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the game, Azzurro's Rodrigo Chaime nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cleto Orlin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Flor in the 94th minute of play forced Laferrere FC's goalkeeper Cleto Orlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Azzurro's Ciro Leguizamón suffered a concussion in the 95th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Marcial Olando's late challenge caught a Azzurro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcial Olando helped the player get up and apologised. Marcial Olando kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Azzurro's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
