The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Speed fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KFC Team the free kick. After a rather tough play, Speed fc's Braulio Ruy got a free kick in the 54th minute. Mauricio Ponc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Guerau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Celestino Orkatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Tonete was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. Speed fc's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 92 played minutes KFC Team got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Rito. In the 93rd minute Alberto Tonete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KFC Team's Celestino Orkatz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Team from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the KFC Team players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
