Miguel Tonio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Tonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Belasko in the 15th minute of play. If Fabio Socorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabio Socorro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Tonio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Ledesma got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Naike. Santo Olentzaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Abechuco, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Rogelio Belasko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ildefonso Bidari in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santo Olentzaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabio Socorros short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Miguel Tonio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 40 minutes into the match, Rogelio Belasko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miguel Tonio. Ledesma's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rogelio Belasko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Miguel Tonio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabio Socorro went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Fidel Abechuco made the kick off in the second half. When Jonatan Roldan came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Racing Clib fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonatan Roldan couldn't finish the play. After 52 minutes, Fernan Guillerme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ledesma and the Racing Clib players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miguel Tonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Socorro in the 61st minute of play. If Ildefonso Bidari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ledesma's Fidel Abechuco got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Ildefonso Bidari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Socorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Miguel Tonio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Fabio Socorro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Clib's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Socorro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Racing Clib's Baltasar Endura was substituted for Rogelio Belasko. Miguel Tonio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Socorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Socorro in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Tonio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 95 played minutes Racing Clib got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Roldan. Racing Clib's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
