The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 15th minute, when Club Atlético Balvanera's Jonatan Beturian after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Hermengildo Beila in Atletico Juventud FC's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Reynaldo Abarca hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Honorio Fortun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Celino scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelio Nabar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aurelio Nabar came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Juventud FC's Tiburcio Mateo. But to his dismay, Tiburcio Mateo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Reynaldo Abarca kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Robustiano Berdoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute, Domas Balčius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domas Balčius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Hermengildo Beila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Atlético Balvanera's Aurelio Nabar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Fortun in the 68th minute of play. Eugenio Celino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aurelio Nabar came out and tried to block the shot, but Eugenio Celino slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 79th minute. Eugenio Celino kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Ceferino Serafo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermengildo Beila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Benat in the 93rd minute of the match.
