But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Maule couldn't finish the play. Kostas Mallous sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the match, Robles FC's goalkeeper Anacleto Corderall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tobias Delfino. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kostas Mallous in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Rencio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 14 minutes, Venancio Jusepe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Robles FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Venancio Jusepe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hector Maule hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Venancio Jusepe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ramiro Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Evelio Urtun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robles FC's Kostas Mallous got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amado Gotzon struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Anacleto Corderall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Obrero Dique de Barda. 31 minutes into the game, Robles FC's Kostas Mallous nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramiro Rencio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 37 minutes into the match, Obrero Dique de Barda's goal looked a bit too open when Kostas Mallous came free, but Ramiro Rencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Tobias Delfino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amado Gotzon made a kick off. Ramiro Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Nuxila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hector Maule received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ramiro Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeo Chumo hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. The supporters of Robles FC booed when Obrero Dique de Barda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Refugio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ceferino Cordeal charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceferino Cordeal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th match minute, Robles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Cordeal to maneuver through the defense. With 92 minutes on the clock, Genaro Refugio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Robles FC! In the 94th minute there was a penalty for Obrero Dique de Barda. Evelio Urtun stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Anacleto Corderall. 3-1. When Kostas Mallous came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Robles FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kostas Mallous couldn't finish the play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Obrero Dique de Barda were victorious despite being under pressure from Robles FC for much of the match.
