MORENO FC's Francho Helguera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save MORENO FC from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the game, Gavino Araoz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Francho Helguera. Gavino Araoz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Encrucijada's Gavino Araoz pulled a muscle in his back after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 22 minutes, Angelo Roderigo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MORENO FC and the Encrucijada players grew even worse after the yellow card. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
