Benito Ceandro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Domingo Hartz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingo Hartz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Valentine, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 29th match minute, La Mervaleta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Valentine to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Marino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Xabat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes of play, La Mervaleta's Jaime Valentine made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingo Hartz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fernando Gartzi to make the kick off. Antonio Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Odol in the 52nd minute of the match. When Fernando Gartzi fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wildermuth AFC's protests and gave Fernando Gartzi a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Wildermuth AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Gartzi. With a little luck, Wildermuth AFC's Domingo Hartz got control of the ball when Jaime Valentine tried to sneak it across the goal line. Patricio Chinto's late challenge caught a La Mervaleta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Chinto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th minute, Jaime Valentine made a precise shot to the right of Domingo Hartz. Wildermuth AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Domingo Hartz made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Jaime Valentine sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Valentine got free with Domingo Hartz in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute of the match, Jaime Valentine got a very nice opportunity to score, but Domingo Hartz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 71st minute, Gerardo Odol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wildermuth AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Domingo Hartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Ceandro in the 74th minute of the match. Wildermuth AFC's Domingo Hartz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Wildermuth AFC from getting a goal against them. Florencio Xabat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fernando Gartzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Antonio Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La Mervaleta's Antonio Marino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Gartzi in the 90th minute of play. Jaime Valentine came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Domingo Hartz could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Odol in the 96th minute of play forced La Mervaleta's goalkeeper Antonio Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
