In the 5th minute, Denílson Capixaba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aquilino Benet. The goal made the score 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ildefonso Lekubegi during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, Ildefonso Lekubegi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquilino Benet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Péter Mogyorós, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Américo Azenha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aquilino Benet. The audience thought a goal was coming when Péter Mogyorós got free with Aquilino Benet in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 28 minutes, Américo Azenha made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Racing Club's Aquilino Benet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aquilino Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Péter Mogyorós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Racing Club's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Santo Lehior fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Péter Mogyorós in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquilino Benet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Américo Azenhas short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Aquilino Benet to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aquilino Benet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Péter Mogyorós, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Péter Mogyorós took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aquilino Benet. Aquilino Benet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After 42 played minutes Rocky Balboa Team got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Capixaba. Racing Club's Aquilino Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Péter Mogyorós in the 43rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Péter Mogyorós's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquilino Benet was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Américo Azenha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Péter Mogyorós reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aquilino Benet. The goal made the score 8-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Américo Azenha was the one to do the kick off. In the 64th minute, Jorge Mero made a precise shot to the right of Aquilino Benet. Racing Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Péter Mogyorós in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Benet saved Racing Club from getting behind. In the 68thth minute of the game Américo Azenha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Club's Aquilino Benet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st minute Péter Mogyorós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Benet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Racing Club defense, Américo Azenha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquilino Benet. The Racing Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquilino Benet should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Péter Mogyorós in the 77th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Aquilino Benet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Américo Azenha put it in 13-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aquilino Benet. After 86th play minutes Américo Azenha shot 15-0, a short shot which went by Aquilino Benet and just under the crossbar into goal. After 89 minutes, Péter Mogyorós made it 16-0 with a short kick to the right side. Racing Club's Aquilino Benet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 94 minutes, Péter Mogyorós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rocky Balboa Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Péter Mogyorós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rocky Balboa Team had played much better football throughout.
