Adolfo Toli came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by ♠ASDEESPADAS♠'s Marcelo Chumo. But to his dismay, Marcelo Chumo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Mario Matthew charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Matthew the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th match minute, Club Almagro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Matthew to maneuver through the defense. Artemio Derwin charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artemio Derwin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Club Almagro getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Artemio Derwin hit a great ball. Adolfo Toli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Chumo in the 24th minute of play. ♠ASDEESPADAS♠'s Dariusz Fabiszak managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Donato Leguizamón in the 27 minute of the game. The supporters of ♠ASDEESPADAS♠ booed when Club Almagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Cesaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Ángel Converti got free with Adolfo Toli in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miguel Ángel Converti took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adolfo Toli. Adolfo Toli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. A hard shot 37 in the game by Miguel Ángel Converti from a close distance when the talented Adolfo Toli managed to make a qualified save. Club Almagro's players were relieved. Miguel Ángel Converti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Toli having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Gilberto Cordaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Ángel Converti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Adolfo Toli made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Ángel Converti made a kick off. If Miguel Ángel Converti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergio Cesaro during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute Miguel Ángel Converti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Toli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ♠ASDEESPADAS♠'s Higinio Pabla managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Prudencio Abarca in the 72 minute of the game. When Miguel Ángel Converti came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the ♠ASDEESPADAS♠ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Ángel Converti couldn't finish the play. After 91 minutes of play Club Almagro's Sergio Cesaro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Almagro! In the 93rd minute there was a penalty for ♠ASDEESPADAS♠. Miguel Ángel Converti stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Adolfo Toli. 5-0. ♠ASDEESPADAS♠'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
