In the 11th minute, Xulián Amezqueta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Epifanio Gaztea. The goal made the score 3-0. The audience was convinced that Xulián Amezqueta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Epifanio Gaztea was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 15 minutes into the match, Xulián Amezqueta notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of C. A. Seis Estrellas's Epifanio Gaztea. Epifanio Gaztea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Odilón De la Barra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. Seis Estrellas. Cipriano Gomez hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Xulián Amezqueta struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Seis Estrellas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Torrente the free kick. The Torrente fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Torrente's Xulián Amezqueta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 66th minute Basilio Gonchan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Odilón De la Barra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Torrente's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Santiago Tximitx was slow to take the kick. During this time C. A. Seis Estrellas's players had a chance to rest. The corner led C. A. Seis Estrellas's Santiago Tximitx to fire away a dangerous shot which Odilón De la Barra despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Epifanio Gaztea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xulián Amezqueta in the 72nd minute of the match. Seis Estrellas's Epifanio Gaztea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Payero in the 75th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Seis Estrellas's zone, Nilson Gomes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Gaztea came out of the goal and Nilson Gomes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Torrente walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
