In the 22ndth minute of the game Tobias Nuñez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Puiggari's Inocencio Claus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner ended in Arnulfo Raymundo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Puiggari's Inocencio Claus did a great save. Anibal Ulizes hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Inocencio Claus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobias Nuñez's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Anibal Ulizes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puiggari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club A. Victoriano Arena the free kick. After a rather tough play, Puiggari's Rodri De Paul got a free kick in the 44th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Inocencio Claus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Nuñez in the 52nd minute of play. Inocencio Claus was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Tobias Nuñez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tobias Nuñez really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Club A. Victoriano Arena's Isidoro Felo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodri De Paul in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Maidana in the 63rd minute of play forced Puiggari's goalkeeper Inocencio Claus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes of play, Puiggari's Rodri De Paul made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidoro Felo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodri De Paul struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Isidoro Felo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puiggari. In the 74th minute, Leon Maidana reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Inocencio Claus. The goal made the score 1-2.
