Feliciano Edorta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. San Antonio's Conrado Romildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Bernat in the 24th minute of play. Godofredo Cefero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Mergildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Ambrosio Duardo kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Deportivo Mate Amargo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Eusebio Mergildo scored to the left of an out of position Godofredo Cefero, making the score, 3-0. Godofredo Cefero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Mergildo in the 38th minute of play. Conrado Romildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Raulo in the 40th minute of play. When Serafin Bernat came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Deportivo Mate Amargo fans jumped to their feet. In the 45thth minute of the game Claudio Raulo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Antonio's Conrado Romildo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to San Antonio getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Feliciano Edorta hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Serafin Bernat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Mate Amargo's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafin Bernat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Romildo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio Raulo was the one to do the kick off. When Alfredo Dorio fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Mate Amargo's protests and gave Alfredo Dorio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of San Antonio booed when Deportivo Mate Amargo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Dorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. San Antonio's Conrado Romildo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save San Antonio from getting a goal against them. After 59 played minutes Deportivo Mate Amargo got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Bernat. Godofredo Cefero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Feliciano Edorta went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Lucio Enmanuel kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Eusebio Mergildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godofredo Cefero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Raulo in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Romildo saved San Antonio from getting behind. San Antonio's Eusebio Mergildo got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Deportivo Mate Amargo's Godofredo Cefero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Raymon in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Geronimo Raymon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Antonio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Mate Amargo the free kick. In the 82nd match minute, San Antonio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Raymon to maneuver through the defense. After 86 minutes of play, San Antonio's Eusebio Mergildo made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Godofredo Cefero was left in no man's land by his defense there! San Antonio's Conrado Romildo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save San Antonio from getting a goal against them. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. San Antonio had played much better football throughout.
