Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Raul Maju made the kick off and thus started the match. Marciano Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Kaxen in the 9th minute of play. Paraní FC were furious when Octavio Blasi was red carded, 11 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Paraní FC:s Marciano Aballe showed great skill when he stopped Blas Bautista:s penalty. Paraní FC's Marciano Aballe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Maju in the 15th minute of play. Desiderio Bemabe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Mauricio Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute of the match Gabriel Nabar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marciano Aballe skillfully saved the ball. In the 23rd minute, Raul Maju left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Alavés fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some careless play in the Paraní FC defense, Clodoveo Gaufred kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Aballe. The Paraní FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Aballe should have stopped the shot. Marciano Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Maju in the 31st minute of play. Ildefonso Inko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauricio Faro having to make a save. Paraní FC made a substitution. Higinio Fernendo replaced Felipe Pepillo. The supporters of Paraní FC booed when Deportivo Alavés was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Emenon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidro Ihazintu hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Paraní FC's Desiderio Bemabe got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clodoveo Gaufred took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Aballe. Marciano Aballe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Blas Bautista kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 48th minute, Desiderio Bemabe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauricio Faro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Desiderio Bemabe made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Victorio Servando suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 55 minutes into the game, Gervasio Gilesindo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraní FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Alavés the free kick. Gervasio Gilesindo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Desiderio Bemabe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Mauricio Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 played minutes Deportivo Alavés got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Emenon. 66 minutes into the match, Desiderio Bemabe notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Deportivo Alavés's Mauricio Faro. Mauricio Faro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Desiderio Bemabe in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauricio Faro saved Deportivo Alavés from getting behind. In the 74th minute, Ildefonso Inko made a precise shot to the right of Mauricio Faro. Deportivo Alavés's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. 77 minutes into the match, Deportivo Alavés's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Inko came free, but Mauricio Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Desiderio Bemabe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raul Maju during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Raul Maju kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After 84 played minutes Deportivo Alavés got a freekick which was hit by Blas Bautista. In the 85th minute of the match Mateo Tirso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauricio Faro skillfully saved the ball. Teodoro Noe charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodoro Noe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute, Aureliano Kaxen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marciano Aballe. The goal made the score 3-4. If Ildefonso Inko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 97 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle.
