After having played for 5 minutes, Ildefonso Inko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraní FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ildefonso Inko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Modesto Jacob's late challenge caught a Paraní FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Modesto Jacob helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, PIKACHU's Modesto Jacob got a free kick in the 9th minute. Ildefonso Inko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marciano Aballe made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Desiderio Calisto sent off a good shot on target. Marciano Aballe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Loreto in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Desiderio Bemabe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Claude. PIKACHU's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Desiderio Bemabe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to PIKACHU getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Evelio Loreto hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Ildefonso Inko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th minute, Modesto Jacob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apolo Nataniel kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Desiderio Calisto scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marciano Aballe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aureliano Claude showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Inko, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute, Modesto Jacob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in PIKACHU's zone, Desiderio Bemabe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliano Claude came out of the goal and Desiderio Bemabe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Desiderio Bemabe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Desiderio Calisto in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marciano Aballe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by PIKACHU's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mateo Tirso was slow to take the kick. During this time Paraní FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Braulio Bernebe got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aureliano Claude quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 62 minutes into the match, Paraní FC's Ildefonso Inko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aureliano Claude narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ildefonso Inko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PIKACHU! When the match had been going on for 75 minutes, Paraní FC's Mateo Tirso got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Aureliano Claude. 78 minutes into the game, Amancio Marko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraní FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PIKACHU the free kick. After 78 played minutes Paraní FC got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Marko. After a defensive mix-up in PIKACHU's zone, Desiderio Bemabe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliano Claude came out of the goal and Desiderio Bemabe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ildefonso Inko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Aureliano Claude tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliano Claude made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Ildefonso Inko sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Paraní FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PIKACHU throughout the match.
