The Abasto FC fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Abasto FC's Christian Madaleno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Armando Pinto hit a great ball. Rosendo Castulo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Abasto FC's Villiam Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Xabier in the 96th minute of play. Abasto FC played a much better game than Condor and deserved their victory. The Condor players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
