Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Juan Lapurdi made the kick off and thus started the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Juan Lapurdi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Covello's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Lapurdi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th minute, Benito Videl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lepá FC's Joaquin Goren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Lapurdi in the 10th minute of play. Juan Lapurdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Goren having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Juan Lapurdi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Goren was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. A collision led to Lepá FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Isaias Paulin hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Lapurdi in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Goren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute, Juan Lapurdi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Goren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Covello's Ramon Rafe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Roano in the 34th minute of play. Fabricio Edur hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. After the first half Covello were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Bonifacio Cordarrell came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Covello fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bonifacio Cordarrell couldn't finish the play. 56 minutes into the match, Covello's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Paulin came free, but Ramon Rafe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Roano in the 58th minute of play forced Covello's goalkeeper Ramon Rafe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Juan Lapurdi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquin Goren. That made the score 0-2 in the 64 minute of play. Isaias Paulin charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaias Paulin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Covello booed when Lepá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Paulin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Lapurdi in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Goren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 75 minutes of play, Lepá FC's Eliseo Rozarius made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramon Rafe was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 82 played minutes Lepá FC got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Paulin. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Lapurdi in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Goren saved Lepá FC from getting behind. If Juan Lapurdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Paulin in the 90th minute of play forced Covello's goalkeeper Ramon Rafe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Lapurdi in the 91st minute of play forced Lepá FC's goalkeeper Joaquin Goren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Goren having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Juan Lapurdi notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Lepá FC's Joaquin Goren. Joaquin Goren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Covello played a much better game than Lepá FC and deserved their victory. The Lepá FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
