After a defensive mix-up in La 52 FC's zone, Prudencio Cresconio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teobaldo Fanuco came out of the goal and Prudencio Cresconio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Casimiro Felipillo made a kick off. Fabio Perfecto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Fanuco having to interfere. Prudencio Cresconio hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Jairo Eleder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Sayveon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Casimiro Felipillo fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La 52 FC's protests and gave Casimiro Felipillo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to La 52 FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Casimiro Felipillo hit a great ball. In the 67th match minute, La 52 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Viviano to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Quentin Lawrence took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Teobaldo Fanuco to make any attempt to save it. Kazimierz Kazanowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimierz Kazanowski in the 86th minute of play forced La 52 FC's goalkeeper Teobaldo Fanuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Perfecto scored 0-5 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teobaldo Fanuco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the game, Kazimierz Kazanowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Teobaldo Fanuco. Kazimierz Kazanowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. The La 52 FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Liniers FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
