An annoying self made goal, 1-0. When Emerson Moura came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Argentina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emerson Moura couldn't finish the play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emerson Moura made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teo Izotz in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fausto Berdoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fausto Berdoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Izotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the game, Teodoro Argina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Argentina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vela Bola the free kick. In the 56th match minute, Argentina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Argina to maneuver through the defense. Emerson Moura scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fausto Berdoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Argentina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Izotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the match, Teo Izotz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto Berdoi. Vela Bola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teo Izotz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 95 minutes into the game, Emerson Moura cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Fausto Berdoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that Argentina were the better team. Argentina's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
