To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, Vizcarra's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Seber came free, but Isidoro Indalecio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Vizcarra's Isidoro Indalecio got control of the ball when Herminio Firmin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute, Evelio Gorbea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Seber in the 29th minute of play forced Vizcarra's goalkeeper Isidoro Indalecio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Baldomero Seber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Romeo Eron recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maximo Hechter. Romeo Eron showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-1.
