Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Evelio Joachim took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Evelio Joachim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lorenzo Lucian. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Valentin Seme's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lorenzo Lucian firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lorenzo Lucian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Joachim in the 8th minute of the match. Magdalena's Higinio Tohias suffered a sore thigh after 10 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Mosen during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emilio Mosen hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Magdalena's Valentin Seme ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lorenzo Lucian. Lorenzo Lucian yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After a rather tough play, Magdalena's Federico Bidari got a free kick in the 16th minute. Lorenzo Lucian was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Evelio Joachim capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Evelio Joachim really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Evelio Joachim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Lucian having to interfere. Lorenzo Lucian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Joachim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evelio Joachim in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenzo Lucian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd play minute Valentin Seme came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lorenzo Lucian. 6-0. Lorenzo Lucian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentin Seme in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Godfredo Beltran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Magdalena's zone, Emilio Mosen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonides Romelio came out of the goal and Emilio Mosen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in Taboada AFC's zone, Valentin Seme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Lucian came out of the goal and Valentin Seme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Valentin Seme notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Taboada AFC's Lorenzo Lucian. Lorenzo Lucian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Magdalena's Valentin Seme got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Evelio Joachim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Lorenzo Lucian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Taboada AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Joachim came free, but Lorenzo Lucian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Evelio Joachim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Magdalena's goalkeeper Leonides Romelio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lorenzo Lucian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Seme, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Magdalena walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
