Taboada AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luisito Paul was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 18 minutes of play, Ombucta FC's Christian Feliu made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lorenzo Lucian was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luisito Paul scored 0-4 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lorenzo Lucian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isidoro Xabat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lorenzo Lucian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Christian Feliu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorenzo Lucian. In the 30th minute, Isidoro Xabat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidoro Xabat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lorenzo Lucian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, Ombucta FC's Napoleon Rode made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Xabat in the 40th minute of play forced Taboada AFC's goalkeeper Lorenzo Lucian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Ombucta FC's Serafin Gurutz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lorenzo Lucian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Godfredo Beltran was the one to do the kick off. Everardo Baumer charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Everardo Baumer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Taboada AFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Everardo Baumer hit a great ball. Isidoro Xabat in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lorenzo Lucian, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Napoleon Rode fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Lucian having to interfere. When Isidoro Xabat came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ombucta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Xabat couldn't finish the play. Santos Silviano kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Lorenzo Lucian successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Taboada AFC's Lorenzo Lucian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Taboada AFC from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 66 in the game by Isidoro Xabat from a close distance when the talented Lorenzo Lucian managed to make a qualified save. Taboada AFC's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as Ombucta FC's Isidoro Xabat slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lorenzo Lucian. That made the score 0-8 after 69 minutes of play. Christian Feliu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lorenzo Lucian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Lorenzo Lucian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Feliu in the 76th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Paolo Pero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisito Paul was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Isidoro Xabat in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lorenzo Lucian, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Taboada AFC's zone, Luisito Paul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Lucian came out of the goal and Luisito Paul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luisito Paul took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lorenzo Lucian. Lorenzo Lucian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Luisito Paul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Emilio Mosen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Ombucta FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Taboada AFC throughout the match.
