Talleres lo mas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abelardo Amaya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the RACING1967 defense, Gavino Lopes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Astor Ourente. The RACING1967 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Astor Ourente should have stopped the shot. Americo Elorri hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Feliberto Baristo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tiburcio Tebaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Octavio Vito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, RACING1967's Simon Brais got a free kick in the 31st minute. Astor Ourente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Lopes in the 34th minute of play. Zacarias Cruz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 36 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of RACING1967:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Talleres lo mas:s goal. In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Talleres lo mas. Generoso Bazil stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Astor Ourente. 0-4. 41 minutes into the match, RACING1967's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Amaya came free, but Astor Ourente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of RACING1967 booed when Talleres lo mas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Lorencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Talleres lo mas were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Abelardo Amaya made the kick off in the second half. Simon Brais kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Abelardo Amaya in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Astor Ourente, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Facundo Berrios could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Astor Ourente made a huge save. Astor Ourente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Francesco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Astor Ourente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abelardo Amaya in the 57th minute. RACING1967's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Abelardo Amaya scored to the left of an out of position Astor Ourente, making the score, 0-5. Astor Ourente came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Talleres lo mas's Abelardo Amaya. But to his dismay, Abelardo Amaya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. With his leg Astor Ourente managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Talleres lo mas's Abelardo Amaya fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, RACING1967's Astor Ourente got control of the ball when Facundo Berrios tried to sneak it across the goal line. RACING1967's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Abelardo Amaya scored to the left of an out of position Astor Ourente, making the score, 0-7. In the 77th minute Delmiro Francesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Ourente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Abelardo Amaya dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Astor Ourente, 0-8. Octavio Vito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Tebaldo in the 87th minute of the match. Octavio Vito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Tebaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Astor Ourente made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Delmiro Francesco sent off a good shot on target. Octavio Vito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Tebaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Astor Ourente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Francesco in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Gavino Lopes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Astor Ourente. The goal made the score 0-9. Talleres lo mas played a much better game than RACING1967 and deserved their victory. The RACING1967 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
